A lookup answers one question about one object. A project keeps the answers and draws the links between them — the registrar behind a domain, the address behind a name, the network behind an address, the other hosts a certificate covers. Two domains that share any of those show it at a glance.
Projects stay in this browser
Nothing about a project reaches the server — no account, no sync, and nothing recorded about what you looked up. The cost of that is real: clearing site data deletes them, and a link to a project will not open on another device. Export a project to a file to keep or move it.
